Advanced Engineering Consultants was started by Russ Folsom in 2006. Russ has over 20 years of vast experience in civil engineering as well as large project management. Russ is licensed in numerous states across the southeast.

Advanced Engineering Consultants was formed in 2006 and has grown to serve the southeastern United States. We work on a variety of different projects ranging from small prototypical commercial developments to large scale residential and multi use project.
